Personally Lynn I think it is thoughtless on the part of the photographer. It shows very little consideration for those poor little puppies, as too often happens when people are trying to get "the shot". It's one of the reasons I don't watch America's Funniest Videos, the clips often are obviously contrived and frequently on the edge of cruelty. Maybe I'm too sensitive but I'm too old to change now!

I saw this this morning too and thought the same thing. They look adorable and I am hoping it was just for a minute though. XO
Both! But oh how cute are they and you can let them all down, give them a treat, and they'll hopefully forgive you!

They look frightened. I vote for cruel.
Even though they look extremely cute...they don't look very comfortable, I hope it was a very quick shoot.
